That’s fine. We can film active work, preparation, and craftsmanship during your visit. The $450 package includes one filming visit; before-and-after coverage across multiple dates is a paid upgrade.
Do you travel outside of Calgary?
The $450 package covers one location within Calgary. If you’re outside Calgary, tell us where you are when you enquire and we’ll confirm availability and any travel costs before you book.
How long will you be on our job site?
Up to 90 minutes. We arrive with compact professional gear so your team can stay focused on the job.
How quickly do we receive our completed video assets?
Receive your first edits within five business days after your shoot and receipt of any required logos or assets. One consolidated round of minor revisions is included. Final delivery follows your review.
What is your revision and edit policy?
One consolidated round of minor revisions is included (text, pacing, colour, or audio within the agreed scope). Additional rounds or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
What happens if weather forces a shoot cancellation?
Alberta weather can change fast. If extreme rain, snowfall, or unsafe conditions prevent an outdoor shoot, we reschedule to the next available dry shoot window at zero rescheduling penalty.
Can you capture my project before and after?
Yes. We offer a paid upgrade for filming across multiple visits, so we can capture the starting point, selected work in progress, and the finished reveal. Mention it during your enquiry call—ideally before work begins—and we’ll recommend a scope and provide a quote.
